As Cody said, Chris had been tolerant of my queries over the years before I
had purchased actually purchased something from him.  Easy communication,
friendly advice, smooth purchases.  Sorry that some people seem to have had
some issues, but still a turn to guy and on my recommended list.  Made sure
my mechanic knew about Force 5.

Unfortunately, no business, or business owner can please all the people all
the time, but I have great confidence in Chris.
