Yes, should be the sensor on the radiator. Unplug it and see if that
fixes the situation. The one on the cooling flange is responsible for
the guage and shutting off the AC when the engine gets too hot.
If that doesn't fix it, it may have to do with the after run system.
That will be controled by that relay under the dash That was
mentioned.
