You shouldn't be using Freon, you should be using R134A in that car. I'd be rather impressed if you could get Freon, that stuff is hard to come by these days.
Ok, I'm aware that I'm being a smart ass here, but it's a major pet peeve of mine. Freon is NOT a blanket term for refrigerant. Freon is a trademark owned by Du Pont which covers CFC based refrigerants, usually R12 in our world. R134A is HFC based, not CFC, and simply has nothing to do with the Freon brand. This bothers me even more than the stupid kids that refer to any nitrous-oxide related as "NAWS" (NOS) which is again simply a brand name used by one company.
Since I got on my soap box I'll at least try to be a little bit helpful. I'm not certain where the ports are on an S6, but one thing that may help is the line size. The high side is always a smaller tubing diameter than the low side. Typically the low side is roughly 3/4" tube and the high side more like 3/8". I know on many Audi's, including urS4's and my A8, that there isn't a normal low side port, only a high side. The low side pressure switch/sensor can be removed (there's a Schrader valve that allows it to be removed without refrigerant loss) and an adaptor used to use this as a low side port. Fairly likely that you are in the same boat.

Hello all, My 1995 S6 is blowing warm air when AC is on full blast. I hear the compressor working but air coming out of vents is not cold at all. I suspect the system needs a topping off of R134A freon. Although I have never charged the Audi S6 AC system with freon before I know on my other cars it is not a difficult task. The problem I have with the S6 is I can't determine where exactly the Low side port is located to attach my can of R134a. I did research and that indicates the S6 system holds about 1.7 pounds of Freon and should be filled to about 50 PSI on the low side when the ambient outside temp is 90 degrees. I looked and found an obvious and easily accessible port on the passenger side condensing unit located in front of the radiator but that seems too good to be true. I also found another port tucked away on driver side behind the radiaror. Can anybody tell me with 100% certainty where the low side port is located so I can attempt to recharge
my AC system without bl
owing up the can of R134A? JM
