I looked through my box in the attic that has some CIS bits in it, no
AAR, sadly. And any CIS stuff I had downstairs would have been thrown
away by now.
But all this thing is is a valve that is open when cold and closes as it
warms up, to maintain idle speed by adding a bit more (metered) air.
You can make a manual one using, say, a heater valve and a manual choke
cable - pull to open and close after a few minutes operation or once you
are driving.
