Good and inexpensive Audi mechanic in PDX or Vancouver (WA)?

Hi there all!

I have a 1990 Audi 80 Quattro that needs a new fuel pressure regulator put
in, as well as the dreaded heater core.  I have the parts, but need to find
a reputable independent shop to do the work in or near Portland, OR.  If
you have any suggestions for repair facilities that are okay with parts
brought in by an owner, I would be very greatful.  I was going to do both
jobs myself, but the heat core made me think it would be better if someone
else got dirty.

How long does a heater core take to replace?  I've heard 10 hours.  That is
a bit scary.  LOL.

In any event, input is much appreciated.
