Camshaft and followers

Well I have finished sealing the oil leaks on my ‘90 80 non-Q. New gaskets help.  Now I ‘m looking at replacing the cam followers and maybe the cam. I will also replace the cam seal.
My question is about the cam. The engine has roughly 235K on it. The cam shows some dark patches on the lobes,  but I don’t have any problem with rough idle and the engine goes to 5500 rpm with no strain. Just the cam followers clicking a little heaver than I have noticed. Are cams available, at a reasonable price?

I have found cam followers to be pretty cheap, pack of 8 $60, and the seals are about $4. I haven’t seen any cams for the engine 3A,
P/N 026 109 101 G. The car is just a low mileage around town car so no hot cams, darn.

I have seen Huw’s web site and he has a very good article for replacing the followers, but I want to pull the cam to replace the seal.
