Cam question???

I have almost 225K on my ‘90 80. Fairly good maintenance. The last time I 
replace a leaking cover gasket, I noticed that there was scorch marks on 
some of the cam lobes. Does anyone have the specs for the 2.0l 3A engines 
cam? I am replacing the cam followers and I wonder if I need to replace the 
cam or should I touch up the lobes with a little crocus cloth? Are new cams 
available? Any aftermarket cams?

I think the cam is ok, good smooth idle, good running up to 5000 rpm. But 
what do I know.
