Ok I've been looking at this thing on my shelf for 5-6 years, (about how
long the 5KTQ has been under the pecan tree.)
So who wants it? How about $00.01 + $49.99 shipping and handling?
Yea I'm breaking the rules posting here. 
But I hope it can help someone out given the current topic.
