What Kent said. There is a BIG difference between a 2002 S4 Avant with a
manual transmission and a 92 sedan, particularly in base value. Mods will
change things some, but that all depends on what and who and, well, you get
the idea.

If this car happens to be a 2001 or 2002 Avant with the 6-speed manual, I am
