No, simple TCS has no steering input. Only individual wheel speeds and brake pedal actuation.
ESP does have one, but that's not the case here (urS car was not an ESP equipped vehicle. Maybe TCS, I'm not even sure).
But that's not the subject of this discussion...

Surely TC has a steering position input a well?
And on a Quattro, surely all wheels are on "traction axles"?
