I haven't been following the newer four ringed stuff for years (hate the
horse collar look) but there's a write up in todays weekend edition of
the WSJ on the A8L W12 Exclusive that's an interesting read.  I didn't
realize Audi was still supplying these factory armored cars, I recall a
small thread on the list way back when the A8 model was first introduced.
 Explosive door hinges still incorporated all these years later.
