ABS upgrade / transplant related question

Hi All

Just wanted to know if anyone has transplanted the ABS system from a 200 /
90 coupe into a older S car? I have a written off 200, and my old 5000
which is essentially my toy car. The 5000's splines have rusted into
nothing but a few bumps here n there; and as a result the abs doesn't work.
The question I have is if I change the drive shaft & hubs and sensors to
those found in the 200 quattro variety; I assume I need to change the ABS
computer & wiring abs harness as well? Or will the old ABS computer in the
5000 be able to operate effectively with the different (but now same)
signal it would recieve from the 4 wheels?
