20v Chump Car?!

After 10 years it doesn't matter what the vehicle is actually worth on
the market, state says a vehicle is never worth less than 10% of it's
full sticker when new for calculation of the "temporary measure until we
win WWII" state Excise Tax.  

They'll be getting rid of it along with the toll booths which were
supposed to do down in the late 70's after the Mass Pike bonds were paid.
