Speed TV... in Canada (NAC)

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to get rid of my satellite dish for a ADSL tv service (called
Fibe). I'm with Bell Canada. Problem : the only way i can get Speed TV (in
SD however) is via satellite. 

Is there a way to get it via internet in Canada ? I absolutely love the
Continental Sports car series (real cars racing, that's what I like) and I
don't want to miss the coverage of the 24 hours of Le Mans (not Lemons...).

Any help from the racing fans ?
