Allroad ride height fuse

Yeah, I've been under there.  I thought there were more fuses to the 
left of the 40-amp one visible in the panel without moving anything by 
the kick panel next to the door.  Turns out there aren't and the fuse is 
OK, so now I'm stuck wondering why I have the instrument panel warning 
(little car with up and down arrows), no lights by and no responses from 
the up and down switches and the car sitting at what looks like level 3 
without the compressor running for more than 600 miles.
