'91 100q NF Fuel injector Seals

My '91 100 cranks for 10-15 seconds before it starts. This is an intermittent,
daily problem. The car has ~200k miles. 

I am considering changing the fuel injector seals to fix this. Is there a
write up on this job? Should I also change the fuel injectors while I am in
there?

Any other parts I should change or areas I should pay attention to while I am
in there?
