If you have real concerns, conduct your own measurement.
Get a 5 gallon gas container and fill that baby up. Maybe to the rim or
just below, or make a mark somewhere close to the top.
Fill to that line; record the exact volume according to the pump readout.
Dump that into your gas tank.
Then, go to another "suspect" pump and repeat the process.
Compare the results.
Make sure you have room to pour the 5 gallons in your car's tank, or 10
gallons if you don't want to carry gas in your trunk.
