Grant, you're missing the fact that she is a woman, and not willing to mess
with those huge black dirty things called tires (or wheels with tires). It's
not a matter of space, it's a matter of "what will I do with these?". 
>From what I understand, the tire shop will mount and dismount tires for 50$
twice a year and store the leftovers for the next six months. That's a
no-brainer for people who don't know the brand of their tires. We do, they
don't.

So, my question was really : "how bad will be these 235-wide 18" good
quality winter tires compared to 215-narrow dedicated 16" steelies with
Nokians ?"
