I was thinking the same thing after I posted. Seems logical, given the coolant color. Dang. Just had the valve cover gasket replaced, too...

My first thought is a bad head gasket and mixing of water and oil and other contaminants. Maybe I'm wrong, but that's the first that comes to mind.
