Water from condensation happens when you make a lot of short
trips, and don't give the engine a chance to warm up and
evaporate that condensation. I think that goop would also
show up on the inside of the oil cap.
With luck, you might find that a long run, 1 or 2 hours, is
enough to heat up the oil so it has a chance to evaporate the
water. But if it is a bad head gasket, you might overheat
things and warp the head or block. A compression test is the
safe way to see if you have a bad head gasket.
