Goop on Dipstick

I will look under the filler cap tomorrow. Seeing as the car just sat for 10 days and I did not use it much this past week, perhaps it is condensation. Will have to look at the exhaust as well for the telltale white smoke. I do have a compression gauge so maybe will attempt the compression test as well.
