Carfax results:

2012 Singer Sewing Machine, Model X143124, optional footpedal control and
spare bobbin. Low hours, mostly used for sewing Sunday best clothing by a
little old lady in Pasadena.

Looks pretty clean. Change the ions and you should be fine.
