If it's only the piston shoulder, you should be able to preserve the
camber during the R&R. There should be (on my car anyway) both
adjustment bolts and mounting bolts on the strut bearing cage.

Hopefully it's not the cage mount being pounded out of the fender by
either a too long strut or a too heavily damped strut...or rust.
