Stongard or equivalent

My '87 4kq, which I got 14 years ago this week, came with Stongard on  
the Euro lights. In the last couple of years, the Stongard has  
started to come off on both sides. Each piece of Stongard has a small  
U-shaped pocket at the top center. The pockets trap crud, which  
doesn't do anything for the beam pattern.

I'm wondering whether Stongard is still around. Their website is, but  
it doesn't work very well. Their phone (local to me, as it happens)  
is disconnected. An online search turns up some other brands: XPel,  
Lamin-X, LampGard. Any BTDT? Thanks!
