Stongard or equivalent

Recently i've been using clearbra, cut to fit. It's thinner than a lot of
the stoneguard type products of years ago, but has held up well for me on
my euro's. It's also easy to curve to fit, but with H4's, you will have no
issues at all, as they are pretty flat.
