V-belt quality

It is normal for v-belts to stretch a bit (had to tighten a new alt belt
on my 90q after 3500 or so miles), but you might have an issue with the
tensioning system, taking both parts of the story into account.

Conti belts are the right ones to use in these cars, and usually seem to
be very nicely made.
