Have you checked for fuel pressure? You can insert a fuse in the top of the 
fuel pump relay to force the fuel pump to stay running any time the ignition 
is on. Slowly and carefully crack loose the fuel line at the input of the 
fuel filter to see if there is pressure there. If so move forward to the 
fuel distributor input, then to an injector output on the distributor.

Typically the very small passages in the CIS system get clogged by 
died/solidified fuel. Sometimes simply keeping the fuel flowing will 
dissolve everything, other times it will require disassembly and manual 
cleaning. The injectors stick closed often as well. If you can get the 
engine running on a few cylinders the heat and vibration can help to unclog 
the other injectors. Also, lightly tapping on the lowest bit of injector you 
can get to with a wrench will help get them to open.

And yes I put 2 gallons of Premium in the tank before cranking the engine.
