Have you checked for fuel pressure? You can insert a fuse in the top of the
fuel pump relay to force the fuel pump to stay running any time the ignition
is on. Slowly and carefully crack loose the fuel line at the input of the
fuel filter to see if there is pressure there. If so move forward to the
fuel distributor input, then to an injector output on the distributor.
Typically the very small passages in the CIS system get clogged by
died/solidified fuel. Sometimes simply keeping the fuel flowing will
dissolve everything, other times it will require disassembly and manual
cleaning. The injectors stick closed often as well. If you can get the
engine running on a few cylinders the heat and vibration can help to unclog
the other injectors. Also, lightly tapping on the lowest bit of injector you
can get to with a wrench will help get them to open.

And yes I put 2 gallons of Premium in the tank before cranking the engine.
Zilch.
