As a follow up:

the car was running before the injectors were replaced.

Spark plugs were never touched. But, there is no spark with cranking!!

The injectors seated in their shrouds and shrouds advanced to their base
without difficulty.

The timing belt and its teeth appear intact. The crankshaft and all other
accessory belts all turn fine.

How did I lose spark in all this? Thank you all for your help!
