'91 100q 5 injectors replaced - now car wont start

I second this.
Heck, I would load the cylinders up with oil with the plugs out, then hand
turn the engine a couple times.  Disable the fuel pump and coil and crank it
over with the plugs out so you don't hydrolock.  Then run the comp test
again.

I stand by the mention of possible washed down cylinders. Squirt some oil in
each cylinder and see if compression improves.
