Splice in new wires for every connection going through the door, BTDT
with a 200 and urS6. One they are all done things just work. :-) Make
sure you use enough length to keep the splices clear of any movement.

Cold solder joints in the CC head cause the panel button issue, pull CC
head (do the bulbs while in there) and reflow the joints on the

Flap issue is like a servo with tired/dry grease. You can pull the
motor and regrease or replace, the servos in the firewall area are easy
to get to... the ones on the side.. might as well just replace the
heater core and fan while you are in there. :-)
