Yes, but these three separate problems wouldn't have anything to do with 
the load reduction ("X") relay.

By the way, when the windows don't work, does the sunroof?  All 3 of 
those devices are powered through a timer relay that keeps them on until 
a door is opened, the control unit might be failing or not getting 
proper information.
