I bought a ProDiag setup from Shade Tree Software back in 2002.  As most
folks here know, Shade Tree sold the product to HPA Motorsports long ago.

 

The PDA I was using for the tool lost its memory and thus the license for
the software.  While attempting to recover I decided to see if I could get
any help from HPA.  Sure enough, I talked to Darryl who was quite helpful to
me.  It turned out that the database info needed to support customers from
back then is being repaired, and fortunately I was able to recover my tool
by re-syncing the PDA to the computer I've got set up in the garage.  

 

I think it is great to see HPA's willingness to put effort to restoring the
database so that customers from so long ago could continue to receive
support, so I decided to send this public thank you!
