'91 100q fuel injector black/green shroud seal sizes

The injector replacement for my '91 100q is underway (210k miles). Injectors
are out of their shrouds. 

There is a thick black outer and a thinner inner green seal on the shrouds.
Does anyone know the sizes of the seals on the shrouds?

The shrouds appear in good shape. Should I replace them anyway? 

I plan to clean everything, including the ISV. Anything else I should inspect
while in there?

I have now 5 used NF injectors available.
