I guess technically a screw jack powered by an air impact wrench would be an
air powered jack, lol.
This does work ok, but it seems like the impact really beats up the screw
threads, even with plenty of grease on them..
I never used that setup enough to break it, so not sure about true
durability.

I have seen a few air jacks come and go on the market. No data, but it
was indicated there were safety issues.
There was a period in my life where I has was lifting my cars fairly
frequently. What I did was use a screw jack (I think I found a GM minivan
jack
to be pretty universal) powered by a cordless impact driver. When in he
garage, I would use a corded impact gun, usually a corded drill\driver
would do.
To be fair, I have seen a few electric screw jacks come and go, I recall
that HF made one.
