timing belt age as a sole replacement indicator

I've had one on a 200 last over a decade before it "got back to me" and 
we changed it.  :-)

Given the belt is the only bit really that sensitive to age I'd skip the 
idler and water pump on this change.  So pretty cheap ($20?) and not too 
bad a job.  In most common "Audi localities" it seems local listers have 
the timing belt crank pulley holder which is really the only special 
tool required.
