87 5kCS tranny stuck, won't come out

After another several hours of lookin, no bolts were left in. I did take engine bracket to bell housing off as suggested, now I got a place to pry. After an hour of prying I can see fraction of mm daylight all around the parting line.
The only thing I can guess is somehow input shaft is held captive by either clutch disk splines, pilot bearing, or both. Pushing in clutch is no help and pedal still feels normal as at start of job. Raising or lowering tranny no help. Im prying the most at where it might normally be aligned.
BTW, symptom was you couldn't put tranny in gear with engine running, all gears shifted fine with engine off. You could start in gear and drive, just couldn't stop with clutch pedal in. Bled slave cylinder, no air, hose good.
Thanks for all your interest. This one's got me stumped.

Isn't there a 17 mm bolt as well, going the opposite direction of the others?

All for are 13mm heads that bolt upward to the block outboard of the oil pan. The bracket then has two bolts going through it to the bell housing, drivers side is a bolt and nut and passenger side is just a bolt with the head facing on the engine side.
