I have done a few niggling parts for vintage cars and bikes (nothing Audi
yet) with safeway.com, you design or scan it, choose the material, and
they'll print it if it's viable.
I had a hard time with their design software, so I had a friend of mine
who has access to a 3D scanner scan the parts for me. Uploaded the scans
and received the parts back in less than a week.
For small doors, flaps, vents arms, check out an RC shop or any of the
online RC supply houses. The servo connectors they use in the hobby are
relatively cheap and can be adapted easily in most cases.
BCNU,
Experience is the name everyone gives to their mistakes.
