When my radiator sprang a leak a couple of years ago, I mentioned to  
my mechanic that I had heard that Modine radiators were good. He  
didn't disagree, but said Behr was also good. Whatever brand he ended  
up using, it was all metal, unlike the radiator that had been in there.
