[20v] '91 Coupe - Seriously sagging seatbelt

I tried lubing the mechanism and cleaning the belt without much success. 

There's some discussion about undoing the cap for the coil and introducing a few turns and securing it back again. 

By the way, the belt roller is hooked up to procon-ten steel wire that is routed to the transmission. So, if we mess up the mechanism, replacing it may be a project.
