2007 Q7 4.2 - "outer left" valve cover gasket?

I ended up at work through midnight last night and was unable to take the time to dig. Tonight is looking better. Google for the second number, 483T and see what you come up with. That appears, from a cursory glance, to be the gasket only and actually includes the inner and outer one.
