I think a glazier can custom-cut flat glass. Curved glass is trickier.

NAC and OT: I once had a book about how Cubans keep decades-old
pre-embargo Detroit iron running. One guy has made a wooden mold to make
replacement windshields for a particular American car of the late 1950s,
I forget which one. I don't know if they're as good as OEM windshields,
but clearly his customers have to take what they can get.
