The flat glass shouldn't be much of a problem if the window frames are  
there. For curved glass you might look through Street Rodder, or similar  
magazines. Custom "lead sled" cars use a lot of custom glass. Of course, you  
can't seriously think of building one of those for less than $60,000. I noticed 
 Factory Five suggests $40,000 to complete one of their hot rod kits.
 
The lexan seems a good thought for at least the rear windows. It is cheap,  
heat bends and machines fairly easily.
