Brakes Not Releasing

Very hot here in Florida.

Today I discovered that the car (1991 200 Avant 20V Turbo) was not free
rolling as I approached a stoplight. Problem seems to be getting worse.

Parked it for about an hour and it did roll free.....but the first use of
the brake pedal caused the problem to return...

Any BTDT or thoughts on this appreciated
