Cody,
The radiator in my '87 5kCStq is all metal... not sure if the end caps are
brass or Al and I'm not near the car. I got it years ago from Scott
Justasson in Chicago. I've lost contact with him but perhaps someone has
his address. It has worked fine for many years but my only complaint is
that the drain fitting is about a third of the way up on the radiator and
doesn't give a complete drain... a small complaint for such good service.

"Last night I broke the bleed hose plastic nipple off of my radiator in my
?fast? 5ktq. I?m thinking of upgrading to an all aluminum unit, but of
course no such thing exists for the 5ktq. I found one on fleabay listed as
fitting a 200tq20v and the fittings all look to be in roughly the same
places. Can anybody here comment on potential differences that would make
that one not able to be fitted to my 5000? I?m ok with bracketry differences
as I?ve got a TIG. I was considering making one, but if I could buy this one
it would save me a lot of time and effort!
