First, sorry I forgot to fix the subject line when replying to the digest reply.
Second, no room. My intercooler is already taking up that spot from the bottom of the bumper to the bottom of the lock carrier.
Plus, again, I didn't ever have a cooling problem before. It's going to likely be a year before I get all of the stuff together to get another 100hp, so if needed I can revisit then. I'm currently doing a new turbo which will essentially just get me to be able to run roughly the same power I had before, but without nitrous. Then I'll have run to the limit of what the current bottom end can take. I've got new JE pistons, a different crank, a better cylinder head, and some other bits in waiting, but I don't have the connecting rods I would need to complete that build which would prepare the internals for a 4 digit attempt (which would require lots of new external bits) and put my ceiling back on to the new turbo+nitrous and fuel supply.

My actual intention was to take this as an opportunity to upgrade to something with additional cooling capacity since this is my 500hp 5ktq that I'm preparing to put an even larger turbo on.

However, I've since found that one of my wholesalers has OE Behr plastic/aluminum units on clearance for a lot less, even less than WorldPac has a "Metrix" brand that I've never heard of. I never had even slight cooling issues before so I'm going to go OE and put the savings towards some of the other bits needed to do the turbo.
