Well I'm late to the party too.
Not quite to the 200K yet on my newer cars.
Both of the A8s have had the transmissions replaced in the last year.
The '97 sat for 4 years waiting for me to do the replacement so the
Subie got the miles those years.

2001 A8L 192,406 miles (Wife's)
1997 A8  175,295 miles (Mine)
Many T44 Turbos between 175-220K (4 I think)

Non-VAG
1993 Subaru Legacy Wagon 254,253 (bought for $2)
1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee 220.836 (V8, won't die, 4in lift, seriously
abused!)
