'91 Coupe leaky transmission

So would this be the input shaft seal or drive axle seal or something else?
There is a seal conditioner but I have never tried it.

During an oil change on my '91 coupe, I noticed my manual transmission case
is leaking at the rear seal where the arms mount it to the body. 

Any advice on what can be done? Is there a leak stop you would advise?
