Fuel Pump

I ran that theory by the mechanic and unless I explained it wrong he didn't think that was it.  He could be wrong and he will know when he gets the chance to look at it, but I don't doubt him much as he really knows his sh__.  Maybe it is a combination of things so maybe it is part of the problem.  I hope the fuel pump isn't too much pump for that car because something I did is affecting performance when it does run and I don't want to undo it.  Also it wasn't the cheapest fuel pump in the world and I went to the trouble of finding a bracket that would fit it and getting the proper fittings for it and putting it all on.  So I hope I don't have to revert to the O.E. pump.  At this point it looks like I will have to take it to the mechanic, when he has the chance to work on it, so I will let you know what it was.
