'91 CQ erratic power loss

Fuel pump, relay? Oil senders? Doesn't it cut fuel?

Could it be a knock sensor related issue? 

ECU pulling the timing back radically then restoring it? 

Can you see if there are any codes? 

How much power are you losing?
