Oh God, no, not cinder, concrete or anything.
As to pressure treated 6 x 6s - i LOVE them, they are far safer than real, metal jack stands. More stable, unable to fold (sideways stress failure), and if they do begin to fail you’ll have l;its and lots of warning as they creak and scream.
I have a bunch of 18” x 6 x 6 that i can stack as i like, all on the 45 degree diagonal. Very stable, very safe.
